** Notice – Starting works at the Garage Complex, Bexley **

The Garage Complex is currently undergoing some much needed improvements which includes carrying out repairs to the doors and repainting; installing better lighting and an entrance barrier for enhanced security and; extensive ground work to improve drainage, power supply,  the access road, car parking spaces and level out the ground surface.  If you are an existing Tenant, please bear with us whilst we undertake the works to make the area better for you.

Please be aware that as a result of the extensive works, the cost of renting a garage will increase to £110.00 per calendar month from 1 October 2026.  We appreciate that this is a considerable price increase, it is however, reflective of the level of investment that Select Space is making into improving the area for our Tenants; as well as the overall upward inflationary cost pressures on the business in delivering our services.   It is worth adding that our garages continue to be in high demand and Select Space’s pricing remains very competitive when compared to local garage rentals which generally range in price from £150.00 to £280.00 per calendar month.

Update 21/07/2026 – Work in Progress

The work on the Garage Complex in Bexley is almost complete with just the electronic entry system and a few finishing touches to add.  The suspension of parking restrictions has now been lifted and normal use of the garages has been restored.

Please be advised/reminded that the rental price per garage will increase to £110.00 per calendar month from 1 October 2026.  If you are a current Garage Tenant payment methods/Standing Orders should be updated to reflect the change in value.
