Select Space has introduced new services: 

Mailbox Rental Service, sometimes referred to as mailing address services

This service is ideal for clients who: 

• need a registered business address or confidential mailing address in order to receive secure or private mail and small packages;
• are starting up their own business and require an official business address but find rental costs a little high at this stage;

Our mailbox rental service allows small businesses, start-ups and corporations to enjoy the convenience of an established office address for mail and parcels, which can be collected at the convenience of the Client. 

Registered Address Service, sometimes referred to as a Registered Office Service, is ideal for clients operating out of home and start-ups

• All limited liability companies and partnerships incorporated in the United Kingdom must be registered with a UK address at Companies House.
• The purpose is to provide Companies House with an official address for the delivery of statutory mail and legal notices.
• It must be a full, physical address in the same part of the UK where your business is registered, i.e. England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland.
• Select Space’s professional and confidential Registered Address Service means you can relax, knowing that your business is complying with these aspects of the Companies Act.

 Our Registered Business Address service provides a location for government organisations such as HMRC and Companies House to contact your company with important communications and notices.

 Our Mailbox and Registered Address Services are aimed at businesses in and around, but not limited to, the Bexley area.

 What You Get

• A secure mailbox
• Access between 07:30 and 18:00 Monday to Friday
• An annual cost of £240.00 exclusive of VAT

What We Need

• 3 forms of identification (view list of acceptable documents here), one of which must be photographic;
• Company registration details where appropriate
