Information provided by successful applicants will be retained for the period of employment with Select Space Ltd and the seven year period following termination of employment.
Information provided by unsuccessful applicants will be retained for a maximum period of six months.
Information provided by those interested in renting a Select Space Ltd Unit will be used solely for the purpose of arranging viewings. With the consent of the interested party, where there are no available Units, the personal information provided will be retained on a waiting list and contact made when a suitable Unit becomes vacant. The information provided will not be shared with any third party.
Information provided by prospective Leaseholders/Licensees will be kept on file for a maximum period of six months unless the prospective Leaseholder/Licensee gives permission for details to be retained for a longer period should a suitable Unit not become available in the initial six month period.
Information provided by Leaseholders/Licensees will be used solely for the purpose communicating with the Leaseholder/Licensee, drafting and issuing the Lease/Licence Agreement and account management. For the purpose of business rates, Select Space informs the Local Authority when a Tenant moves in or out of a Unit. In such instances only the business name and Unit address is provided.
Information provided and information created during the occupation of the Unit is retained for the period of the Lease/Licence Agreement and for a period of seven years following the termination of the Lease/Licence.
